All Snowgrass wines are handled as gently as possible - hand pressed, gravity racked with minimal additions of sulfites to prevent oxidation, and unfiltered for maximum flavor. Some natural sediment will form in the bottle over time. Older wines should be left upright for a day or two before serving and decanted as necessary.

Rapscallion Mourvedre 2014 13.5 % alcohol by volume
Our new release for spring 2013 is named for Nutmeg, our devious Nigerian Dwarf goat. The wine is a deep garnet red with a nose of red currants, cinnamon and a hint of chocolate. Lush, fruity and very smooth, it goes well with shish kebob, grilled rabbit, Gouda or Munster cheeses.
Roaring Creek Red NV13.5% alcohol by volume
A rich red table wine made from Merlot and Sangiovese grapes and barrel aged in French oak for nearly two years. With spicy currant and blackberry flavors, it is excellent with beef, grilled chicken or pasta dishes.
Entiat River Rosé 2018
11.5% alcohol by volume
This dry, aromatic rosé wine was made from estate Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Lemberger and Syrah grapes and given only minimal skin contact with the juice to preserve the freshness of the fruit. It has a strawberry color and the flavors of ripe raspberries and melons, balanced by a crisp, zesty acidity. Relatively light in alcohol, it is a perfect wine anytime, and goes especially well with salmon, seafood and pork.

Flambeau Holiday Red Wine 2011 13.0 % alcohol by volume
An unoaked Sangiovese from Red Mountain, bright cherry red with an aroma of spicy fruit, dark cherries and fresh grapes. Medium bodied, somewhat tart but very drinkable, it is perfect with roast turkey and stuffing, baked ham and cheeses such as Manchego, Goat Gouda, and Asiago.
